- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Click
+to create a new signature and give it a name. - Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
- Click inside the signature editing area and press
⌘Vto paste. - Close Settings — the signature is saved automatically.

- Click Copy Signature above.
- In Outlook, go to Outlook → Settings → Email → Signatures.
- Click
+to add a new signature. - Click in the signature body area and press
⌘V. - Save and set as default if desired.

- Click Copy Signature above.
- Open Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Click New, give it a name, then click in the edit area.
- Press
Ctrl+Vto paste. - Click OK to save.

- Click Copy Signature above.
- In Outlook Web, click the ⚙ gear icon → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Scroll to Email signature and click in the text area.
- Press
Ctrl+V(Windows) or⌘V(Mac). - Click Save.

- Click Copy Signature above.
- In Gmail, click the ⚙ gear icon → See all settings → General.
- Scroll to Signature, click Create new.
- Click inside the signature editor and press
Ctrl+V/⌘V. - Scroll down and click Save Changes.

- Apple Mail on iOS does not support rich HTML signatures natively.
- The best workaround: email the signature to yourself, then copy and paste the rendered signature from that email into Settings → Mail → Signature.
- Note: logos and formatting may be stripped — plain text is more reliable on iOS Mail.

- Open the Outlook app → tap your profile photo → Settings.
- Tap your account → Signature.
- The mobile Outlook app only supports plain text signatures — paste your plain text details here.
