    1. Click Copy Signature above.
    2. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
    3. Click + to create a new signature and give it a name.
    4. Uncheck "Always match my default message font".
    5. Click inside the signature editing area and press ⌘V to paste.
    6. Close Settings — the signature is saved automatically.

    2. In Outlook, go to Outlook → Settings → Email → Signatures.
    3. Click + to add a new signature.
    4. Click in the signature body area and press ⌘V.
    5. Save and set as default if desired.

    2. Open Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
    3. Click New, give it a name, then click in the edit area.
    4. Press Ctrl+V to paste.
    5. Click OK to save.

    2. In Outlook Web, click the ⚙ gear icon → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply.
    3. Scroll to Email signature and click in the text area.
    4. Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or ⌘V (Mac).

    3. Scroll to Signature, click Create new.
    4. Click inside the signature editor and press Ctrl+V / ⌘V.

    1. Apple Mail on iOS does not support rich HTML signatures natively.
    2. The best workaround: email the signature to yourself, then copy and paste the rendered signature from that email into Settings → Mail → Signature.
    3. Note: logos and formatting may be stripped — plain text is more reliable on iOS Mail.
    1. Open the Outlook app → tap your profile photo → Settings.
    2. Tap your account → Signature.
    3. The mobile Outlook app only supports plain text signatures — paste your plain text details here.
